Built Together
This team building experience was all about connection through creation. Held for Minapharm employees, the event brought teams together in a playful yet purposeful challenge: to build a product using limited tools, time, and full collaboration.
From the moment the activity began, the energy shifted — employees had to communicate, assign roles, think on their feet, and most importantly, work as one unit. Every part, every decision, and every hand contributed to the final result. The goal wasn’t just to build a product, but to build trust, rhythm, and synergy within the team.
By the end, the reflection was clear: in any organization, success doesn’t come from individual effort alone — it comes when the whole team moves together, aligned and connected, toward a common goal.
